Data we process and why
Contact: when you write to us by email, we receive your email address and your message, only to reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering requests, or pre-contractual steps.
Newsletter: if you sign up through the form, we store your email address in our mailing tool to send you the newsletter. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us.
Technical logs: our host records technical connection data (IP address, date, requested page, browser) to keep the website secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Audience measurement: we use Vercel Web Analytics, which produces aggregated statistics (page views, referrer, device type, country) without cookies and without any persistent identifier. Visitors are identified by a hash of the request, discarded after 24 hours. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring traffic.
Recipients and transfers
Your data is only available to authorized staff of AHIVE SAS, to our host Vercel Inc. (United States), to our mailing tool Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., United States) for the newsletter, and to our content management system Sanity (Sanity AS, Norway), whose servers deliver the articles and images on this website and therefore receive your browser's IP address. They act as processors. These transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell or rent your data.
Retention
Email exchanges: 3 years after the last contact.
Newsletter: until you withdraw your consent.
Technical logs: 12 months at most.
Audience statistics: aggregated and anonymous, kept without limit; the session hash is discarded after 24 hours.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, to withdraw your consent, and, under French law, to set instructions for your data after your death.
To exercise them, write to contact@stalium.ai. We reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, cnil.fr, or with the authority of your country of residence.
